In this role, you will: Provides site operational management of 3PL activities in the regional distribution centre to ensure compliance with KC finance, safety, quality requirements and ensures fulfillment of KCSA customer service and cost expectations. Main responsibilities: •Manage and oversee the Inland Bulk / Fine pick distribution centre's operations with selected 3PL to achieve budgeted distribution costs and targeted service levels•Ensure implementation of, and conformance to, all KC warehousing, distribution and transport policies and procedures regarding Financial Controls, Security, Inventory•Management and Safety. Develop and coordinate SOPs with the appointed 3PL service provider.•Initiate and supervise any inventory stock counts are performed in line with KC requirements.•Monitor and manage business flows (inbound and outbound volumes) and coordinate operational plans and capacities.•Monitor 3PL performance versus established operational KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and develop and implement process improvement plans.•Provide day to day operational guidance to 3PL staff to ensure that KC business objectives are fulfilled.•Support and oversee cost transformation objectives in line with KCSA requirements through the 3PL service providers.•Monitor and ensure full compliance to all day to day warehouse inventory management & administration operations within KC requirements as defined in the contractor commercial and service level agreements and Kimberly Clark CFI & SOX control objectives.Huggies.
