Evotec Plastics is looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Warehouse Supervisor to lead the control, accuracy and integrity of stock within our warehouse environment.

This role is central to ensuring our warehouse operation supports that standard every day through disciplined stock control, smooth dispatch processes and strong coordination across the business.
MAIN OUTCOMES- Accurate , well-controlled stock across the warehouse environment.
- Timely receiving, recording, storage and dispatch of goods in line with company procedures and ISO requirements.
- Strong warehouse discipline, housekeeping and process compliance.
- Reliable support to production, planning, finance and quality through accurate stock movement and reporting.
- A well-managed warehouse team with clear schedules, accountability and day-to-day operational support.
- Oversee end-to-end stock management, including stock counts, bin maintenance, stock transfers and consumables control.
- Manage the issuing and return of materials and maintain accurate system records using SAP or a similar stock control system.
- Receive incoming goods accurately and ensure all stock is properly recorded and stored.
- Coordinate the dispatch of customer orders, including delivery notes and logistics bookings.
- Manage returns and ensure all related processes are completed accurately and on time.
- Support implementation of the FSMS and maintain compliance with internal procedures and quality standards.
- Supervise warehouse staff, including training, shift scheduling and discipline.
- Monitor and coordinate maintenance checks for warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet wrappers and trucks.
- Work closely with finance, planning, production and quality to ensure stock accuracy and operational flow.
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
- National Senior Certificate (Matric).
- Knowledge of SAP or a similar warehouse/stock control system
- Previous experience in warehouse management, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and confidence working with stock, processes and controls.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a practical, solutions-oriented approach.
