Enrollment Responsibilities: • Implement a structured marketing plan that includes outreach, social media, events, and community engagement. • Conduct engaging in-person and virtual tours to convert prospective families. • Maintain a strong lead-to-start conversion rate to meet the center's enrollment goals. • Utilize data to forecast enrollment and make informed decisions. • Share engaging content on social media and encourage positive online reviews. • Conduct competitive market research twice a year to stay relevant. • Build lasting relationships with families to ensure satisfaction and retention. Financial Management: • Oversee your center's monthly and quarterly budget targets, particularly EBITDA. • Analyze financial performance through P&L statements to identify opportunities. • Manage accurate billing and tuition collection in accordance with deadlines. • Safeguard responsible management of tuition discounts and escalate financial discrepancies as needed. • Support operational efficiency and contribute to growth-related targets. Standards and Quality: • Ensure compliance with health and safety SOPs across the center. • Maintain full adherence to all state and local licensing regulations. • Prioritize safe supervision and follow protocols regarding allergies and medications. • Keep the center organized, clean, and always ready for tours. • Ensure all student and staff files are accurate and securely stored. • Utilize TLE tools and systems to enhance operations. • Replenish inventory within budgetary guidelines to support smooth center operations. • Process payroll accurately and on time. • Stay informed on labor laws, health regulations, and other internal policies. Qualifications: • Two or more years of management or leadership experience is highly preferred; at least one year required. • Must possess a state-specific Director or Administrative Credential and meet licensing and background requirements. • A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is highly preferred. • Strong knowledge of early childhood education standards and best practices is essential.
