Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Stylo is a design-led platform connecting consumers with curated interior décor, furniture, and lifestyle products. We are building a trusted, African-rooted brand that blends creativity, commerce, and technology.

We are seeking a results-driven CEO to lead execution, operations, and growth while working closely with the Founder and Board.

Responsibilities & Duties
  • Lead and manage Stylo's day-to-day operations
  • Execute the company strategy aligned with the Founder's vision and brand direction
  • Build, manage, and motivate a high-performing team
  • Oversee operations, logistics, onboarding of vendors/partners, and platform performance
  • Manage budgets, cash flow, and financial reporting
  • Drive revenue growth, partnerships, and market expansion
  • Establish scalable systems and processes for a growing marketplace
  • Report regularly to the Board and Chairperson
Education & Experience
  • Degree in Business, Management, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA an advantage)
  • Minimum 7+ years professional experience
  • At least 3-5 years in a senior leadership or management role
  • Proven experience running or scaling a business, startup, marketplace, or e-commerce platform
  • Strong understanding of operations, finance, and growth strategy

  • Comfortable working in a founder-led, vision-driven company
  • Experience in tech, e-commerce, retail, or marketplace businesses is an advantage
  • Passion for design, lifestyle, or consumer brands
  • Calm, accountable, and collaborative leadership style
