CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER ON CALL QUEENSTOWN On Call - work as and when required Location: 43 Ballarat Street, Queenstown $27.51 per hour Working from our central Queenstown Box Lobby , our team of Customer Service Officers deliver an exceptional level of service managing inquiries, requests or concerns from customers at our front counters and by phone. In this role, you'll champion our products and services, provide suggestions and access information for our customers. Each day is busy and varied and will see you developing your problem-solving skills.We're a lively bunch, with a diverse set of skills, but we all share one common goal - to contribute to the growth and prosperity of our beautiful Aotearoa. SHIFT AVAILABLE: On Call Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm and Saturday: 9:00am - midday. Our On Call employees are an essential part of our business as we call on them to assist us as and when required. You might be called in to cover illness, extended leave or help us our during our peak delivery periods. It's a great way to balance work and lifestyle! Day to day you will: Interact with customers whilst ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Keep an eye out for opportunities to improve the way we deliver our services. Sorting and organising parcels (some heavy lifting is required) To be successful in this role you will ideally have a background in customer service, retails skills or experience in mail/ parcel sorting.
