Job Description
Our VVIP private jet management client is looking for a Head of Operations to join them on a permanent basis at their headquarters in Africa to lead the overall operations of the airline.
On offer is a permanent contract with excellent pay and benefits.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Overall management and supervision of aircraft.
- Full operational oversight of private jet operations, including flight planning and execution.
- Comprehensive crew management (flight crew and cabin crew), including recruitment, training, and performance oversight.
- Oversight of aircraft maintenance, airworthiness, and compliance with international aviation standards.
- Strategic operational management and coordination with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensuring the highest standards of safety, security, and confidentiality at all times.
Role Requirements:
- Strong background in aircraft operations, fleet management, and maintenance oversight.
- Prior experience working with government, head-of-state, or VVIP aviation operations is highly preferred.
- Extensive experience in private jet or VVIP aviation operations, preferably at a senior or director level.
