As Silo Manager, you will manage, coordinate, motivate, and supervise all operational activities of the Grain Silo/Depot. This includes overseeing all functions to ensure all customers receive efficient and timely service.

• Manage reception, grading, and dispatch of grain products and oilseeds.
• Oversee daily control and management of grain stocks, finances, administration, and personnel.
• Assist with grain procurement activities while ensuring silos are properly maintained through routine inspections.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, compliance with occupational, health, and food safety standards, while fostering collaboration and trust across stakeholders.
• Champion digital processes and continuous improvement initiatives to drive innovation and efficiency in grain handling operations.

• Relevant National Diploma
• Grading certificates for winter grain, maize, and canola, plus a certificate in grain fumigation.
• A minimum of 4 years' relevant experience; mechanical aptitude and grain procurement experience are an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office.
