Key roles and responsibilities: Support Senior Business Account Leads in managing assigned ABI brands, acting as a reliable day-to-day contact for brand and studio teams. Help translate brand and business objectives into clear briefs, delivery plans, and executional priorities. Build trusted working relationships with brand stakeholders through consistent communication and follow-through. Own the end-to-end project management of assigned initiatives, including planning, briefing, tasking, tracking, and delivery. Coordinate internal studio resources and partner agencies to ensure work is delivered on time and to agreed standards. Manage timelines, dependencies, and risks, escalating early to senior leads with clear context and proposed solutions. Ensure all deliverables are approved through the correct governance and review processes Ensure tasks are correctly assigned to the right roles and resources within studio systems. Support accurate application of rates and scopes across projects to enable reliable reporting and cost tracking. Actively monitor timesheets and delivery inputs, encouraging weekly completion and flagging inconsistencies early. Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including plans, scopes, briefs, and status updates. Follow and reinforce studio workflows, tools, and ways of working across all assigned activity. Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline delivery and improve clarity. Support performance tracking and reporting, contributing to post-campaign reviews and insight gathering. Use data and learnings to inform delivery decisions and improve future execution. Develop confidence in interpreting performance metrics with support from senior leads. Actively seek feedback and coaching from Senior Business Account Leads to build account leadership capability. Demonstrate readiness to take on increasing responsibility over time, including ownership of larger workstreams. Collaborate closely with project managers, creatives, strategists, and agency partners to deliver strong outcomes. Key Competencies: Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management. Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to build trust with peers, seniors, and agencies. Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting basic performance data and applying it to optimise delivery. Curious and coachable, motivated to grow into a senior account leadership role. Exposure to data-led marketing or insights-driven campaigns. Familiarity with beer, beverage, or FMCG categories. Experience with retainer or multi-brand portfolio management is advantageous. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Formal project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2 Foundation, Agile, or equivalent) is a plus, but not mandatory. 2-5 years' experience in marketing, account management, or project management roles, ideally in an agency or internal brand studio environment. Exposure to consumer brands, preferably FMCG or beverage sectors, is desirable. Hands-on experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously. Some experience collaborating with external agencies and internal cross-functional teams. Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., WorkBook, Asana, Smartsheet). Competent with Microsoft Office; familiarity with data reporting tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, Brandwatch, Emplifi) is a plus. Understanding of budget, rate, and resource management principles.
