Senior warehouse co-ordinator out bound

Location: Johannesburg As a Senior Warehouse Coordinator Outbound, you will support Stryker's distribution operations by ensuring outbound warehouse activities are executed efficiently, accurately, and in line with quality and regulatory standards. You will be responsible for coordinating the preparation and dispatch of products so that customers receive their orders on time and in full.Ensure completion of trade compliance documentation for shipments between South Africa, Northern Ireland, and the EU, maintaining CHIEF reporting requirements.Lead compliance, inventory, and quality-related activities to meet business and regulatory requirements, including Human Tissue handling where applicable. Support additional operational needs in line with business requirements.Professional working proficiency in English5-7 years of experience in warehousing or similar operational environments Strong working knowledge of warehouse processes and ERP/WMS systems (e.g., JDE or similar) Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and advanced formulas)Ability to apply sound judgment and make decisions in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational, problem-solving, and process improvement skills Tertiary education (College or University) Experience supporting regulated environments such as medical devices or healthcare logistics
