Warehouse & Inventory Manager Cape Town On-Site/Hybrid Full-time

We're looking for a systems-minded, highly accountable Warehouse & Inventory Manager who is ready to take full ownership of the end-to-end operational flow and champion the highest quality standards . If you want to drive efficiency, profitability, and quality delivery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this role is for you.

You'll Own and Deliver:

This is an operational leadership role where your focus is ensuring seamless, efficient, and profitable operations .

Warehouse Operations: Complete ownership of all warehouse activities, optimizing the layout, movement of goods, storage, and upliftment preparation .

Inventory & Cost Control: Full management of all inventory (raw materials, packaging, and finished goods) , maintaining optimal stock levels for production , and enforcing the First In, First Out (FIFO) rotation method .

Procurement Accountability: Accountable for the procurement of all materials, consumables, and utilities needed for production , including matching Purchase Orders (POs) and reporting price irregularities to Finance .

Operational Efficiency: Driving profitability by minimizing costs (COGS) and leading the "War on Waste" (WOW) through daily reviews and root cause analysis .

Quality & Compliance: Managing the facility to HACCP & FSSC standards , driving continuous quality improvement , and championing GMP housekeeping practices .

Team Leadership: Managing, training, and motivating a team of Facility Managers, Warehouse Assistants, and Forklift Drivers , fostering accountability, and ensuring effective shift handover rituals .

Who We Want:

Someone technically strong in inventory and warehousing systems, proactive, and committed to high performance and quality. You must be able to hold teams accountable for performance and uphold all Health & Safety policies and regulations . Experience in a high-quality manufacturing or FMCG environment is a strong advantage.
