Your mission as a Warehouse Issuer

Are you passionate about keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes? As a Warehouse Issuer at Epiroc, your mission is to ensure the right parts and consumables are always available, accurately tracked, and efficiently managed. From processing purchase orders and maintaining stock levels to identifying process improvements, your attention to detail and organisational precision directly supports the uptime and efficiency of our warehouse operations.

• Request quotations for parts and consumables from registered suppliers.
• Capture purchase orders for parts and consumables.
• Maintain SOH within limits set by the Parts Manager.
• Assist with Stock counts / Cycle counts.
• Maintain accurate filing systems where required.
• Identify failing processes and suggest best practices for implementation.
• Maintain accuracy of captured data.
• Assist in management of security and access to the store.
• Carry out additional duties as may become necessary to ensure the successful operation of the warehouse, as requested by the Warehouse Manager.

• Grade 12 / Matric
• Minimum 3 years' experience in purchasing and stock control
• Solid knowledge of ERP systems, BPCS and M3 Online would be advantageous
• Good knowledge of Lotus Notes would be preferable.

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Ability to work and excel in a high-pressure working environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with internal and external customers.
• Listening skills, to understand exactly what customers require.
• Problem-solving skills.
